Xiaozhi (Taro) Yang

Taro is a computational cognitive scientist interested in understanding the mechanisms underlying judgment and decision-making across diverse domains using computational tools. She employs process-tracing methods (e.g., eye-tracking) and computational modeling to gain insights into how we make decisions and form experiences. As a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. Sudeep Bhatia, she is beginning to leverage advanced data science techniques, particularly natural language processing and artificial intelligence, to gain deeper insights into the decision-making process.
