Wei Li

Wei Li is a postdoctoral fellow at the Perelman School of Medicine, working with Prof. Mingyao Li. His research focuses on developing computational methods, particularly graph neural network-based models, to analyze complex spatially resolved data and address challenges related to data quality and integration. By developing advanced computational techniques, his work refines biological signal extraction and enables more precise characterization of cellular interactions within tissue architecture.
